From the 1st of November to the 28th of February, we are going all in on ourselves.

Focusing on putting in the daily work to achieve our 2 main goals.

MY 2 GOALS

Write down your 2 goals for the winter arc, 1 physical and 1 work or skill related. The goal should be the inputs not the outcome.

Example:

  1. Train for sub 2h half-marathon.
  2. Post everyday on Instagram and weekly on YouTube.

THE RULES

These are the 5 rules everyone has to follow daily.

  1. Pick 2 inputs goals and break them down into 5 daily non-negotiable.
  2. Never miss the same habits 2 days in a row.
  3. No alcohol or drugs.
  4. 8h in bed.
  5. No phone for the 1st and last hour of the day.

Pick 5 daily non-negotiable helping you to reach your 2 goals.

Example:

  1. Wake up before 5.30am.
  2. Train for half-marathon before 8am.
